Shipping & Return Policy
We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $49. Order subtotal must be $49 (before shipping and taxes) or more to receive free shipping.
All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 5 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.ca as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
- Order # must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
*Note, we reserve the right to not take back a product if we deem it is not re-sellable. It will be sent back to you at your own expense.
The return shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to you. All orders over $49 get free shipping, so not usually a problem.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you decide you'd prefer a different item, color or size, please send your original item as a return to the below address. All returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Once your item(s) is received, inspected and approved, you will receive a separate email containing your refund information. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.
