All of our products are easy to care for! The following instructions can be found on the hang tag of each product.

Care Instructions:
Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.

Eco-friendly tip:
Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy!

We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Stay up to date on the status of your order by using the tracking information provided within your order confirmation email. Please email our Customer Care Team at nomadix@insport.ca immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please note that discount codes cannot be added or used retroactively. Be sure to input the codes prior to placing your order.

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store credit card information and cannot accommodate changes made after the order is placed including billing address updates.

If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to your shipping address.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. To request a cancellation, contact us at nomadix@insport.ca. Our team is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST (excluding holidays). We will respond as quickly as possible in the order your email is received. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.

We partner with a factory in China that only produces Nomadix products.

We are Climate Neutral Certified, meaning we measure and offset our emissions caused in production and shipping in their entirety. Read more about our journey to reaching carbon neutrality HERE.

The fabrics we use are certified by Global Recycle Standard, and the Nomadix MicroTerry and MicroSuede materials have a UPF50+ rating.

All of our products are made from post-consumer recycled plastics.

All of our products [ Original Towel, Mini Towel, Ultralight Towel, Bandana Towel, Changing Poncho, Poncho Towel, Festival Blanket, Puffer Blanket ] are made from 90%+ recycled material.

Our compostable bags can be placed in your compost! Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you HERE
