We recommend machine wash cold, tumble dry low. There is a tag on the inner seam of the towel that should provide any extra care information needed.

MicroSuede Topper Blend is Made From Post-Consumer Recycled Goods, same as the water-resistant bottom layer. We don't make new plastic with our products, instead taking already used plastics out of the environment to make our products.

Return Policy

We cannot accept international returns. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:

- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale. For holiday purchases & returns, please see the section below titled Holiday Purchases & Return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $12 shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. For holiday purchases & returns, please see the section below titled Holiday Purchases & Return.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.

How To Make A Return
Please read the return policy above before proceeding to the RETURNS PORTAL. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the items will be donated.

Please include your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.

Our Customer Care Team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PT. If you send us an email outside of that window, please be patient and someone will reply to you as soon as possible.

We design our products in the United States and produce in our own solar-powered factory in China which we visit on a regular basis to ensure standards are being met.

Our compostable bags can be placed in your compost! Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you by following here.

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S on orders over $75. Order subtotal must be $75 or more to receive free shipping. Please note that since gift cards are electronically sent, they do not count towards the free shipping minimum. We also offer international shipping to select locations.

All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). The shipping methods listed at checkout only show the carrier's estimated transit time and does not include processing time.

Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not the responsibility of Nomadix. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that as orders begin processing immediately we may not be able to make modifications once the order has been submitted, but we will do our best to accommodate the request. If your order has already shipped or is in the process of shipping, it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to redirect the shipment to the correct address.
