What are the care instructions for Nomadix products?

All of our products are easy to care for! The following instructions can be found on the hang tag of each product.

Care Instructions:

Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.

Eco-friendly tip: Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy! 

 

ORDERS

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow for extended courier times related to Covid-19 delays. 

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping, and 3-5 business days for expedited shipments. 

 

What's the status of my order?

Stay up to date on the status of your order by using the tracking information provided within your order confirmation email. For any additional questions, please email us at nomadix@insport.ca. Someone from our Customer Care Team will respond within 24 business hours. 

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

Please email our Customer Care Team at nomadix@insport.ca immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but depending on the status of your order we can’t guarantee changes can still be made. 

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store credit card information and cannot accommodate changes made after the order is placed.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us at nomadix@insport.ca and we will do our best to cancel the order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Saturday or Sunday.

Where does Nomadix ship?

Nomadix.ca only ships within Canada

Can I get my order expedited?

Yes you can!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 so you are pretty much covered.

What if I need to change my shipping or billing address? 

Please email us at nomadix@insport.ca immediately and we will do our best to update the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes. 

We cannot make changes to billing addresses once the order has been placed. 

 

SUSTAINABILITY

Where are your products manufactured?

We produce in our own solar-powered factory in China which we visit on a regular basis to ensure standards are being met. 

Are your products certified?

Yes! Our products are certified by Global Recycle Standard. 

What are your products made of? 

All of our products are made from post-consumer recycled plastics. 

The full-sized Only Towel You Need®, fitness Do Anything towel, and hand towel are made from 90%+ recycled MicroTerry material. 

The Ultralight towel and Festival Blanket are both made from 100% recycled MicroSuede material.
